Job Details


  • Oversee legal aspect of the group’s business, to safeguard the reputation and ensure compliance of the group’s companies with the legal requirements
  • Review, draft and negotiate agreements and contracts
  • Implement legal responsibilities of the employees and management
  • Handle legal disputes of the Company
  • Advise on contract status, legal risks, and legal liabilities
  • Maintain the standard documentation used by the business units to ensure they remain relevant and updated
  • Manage external service providers including external solicitors and Company secretary
  • Minimize liability exposures by document retention
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties including external lawyer, local  regulators and etc
  • Handle client’s brief with dignity and integrity to client’s best interest
