Job Responsibilities:
  • Coach branch sales staffs on all wealth related matters including latest market/investment information updates, products features/knowledge training, sales processes etc.
  • Support wealth management sales & revenues from assigned branches / region / portfolio, including New-to-Investment Accounts penetration for both new and existing customers
  • Conduct joint sales calls with branch sales staff (especially to the big tickets clients) and to assist in closing deals
  • Ensure branch sales staffs comply with regulatory requirements and Bank’s policy specifically in sales related guidelines and processes
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years working experience in wealth management products (Unit Trust, Banca, Structures).
  • Candidate with previous working experience as retail bank sales personnel, investment adviser, product manager, researcher / economist will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, wealth management concepts such as asset allocation, portfolio modelling, client investment objectives, risk management strategies/ portfolio risk-return
  • Good exposure in managing wealth product promotions and sales tactics / campaigns to support revenue performance while maintaining needs-based advisory sales approach
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated to meet set goals
  • Excellent communication and selling skills with ability to interact & influence effectively
  • A team player with strong business planning & organisation skills and able to work independently
