Job Details
1. Sales Support (2 headcounts) 
Location: Glenmarie Area 
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Prepare quotation for customers.
  • Order processing for local & export.
  • Monitoring of stock inventory.
  • Reporting of sales analysis on monthly basis
2. Accounts Assistant (1 Headcounts) 
Location: Shah Alam 
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:30pm (Mon - Fri) 
  • Handle AR & AP
  • Accounts Receivable: Billing, Database Maintenance
  • Accounts Payable: Payment (Invoice, Checking update, Key in system, Online banking)
3. HR Executive ( 1 Headcount) 
Location: Subang Jaya 
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm 
  • Propose, develop and implement policies and systems to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
  • To be responsible in administration works and audit the work climate for future planning.
  • Assist in full spectrum of the HR functions (training & development, etc)
  • Assist in recruitment, payroll, administrative, compensation and benefits.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
4. Secretary (2 Headcounts) 
Location: Subang Jaya 
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
  • Attend to all secretarial tasks, personal, administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Director/ Asst. General Manager.
  • Arranging appointments, taking dictation and minutes.
  • To prepare all correspondences and contact with internal and external parties.
  • To contact with legal & company secretary, banking facilities, and statutory matter.
  • To assist in preparation and filing of confidential reports and data.
  • To assist in organizing ad-hoc functions or events when need
