ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input SAP system for Invoice, PO, DO;
- Arrange delivery;
- Support sales documentation;
- Pull in or push back with makers;
- Attend to phone call or email inquiries as customer service agent;
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM in any field;
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience is required for this position;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required;
- Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage;
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Working Hour: 0830 - 1730 (Mondays to Fridays)
