Job Details
Responsibilities:                     
  • Explore new business opportunities with all potential customers
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new corporate clients to achieve assigned sales target
  • Review and analyze sales performances against sales target to determine effectiveness
  • Execute sales & marketing plan, various sales-related reports, proposal and presentation
  • Monitor the market trend and strategic business focus on worldwide
  • Supervise the sales team and monitor sales performance & productivity 
 
Requirement:
  • Tertiary Education, preferably in logistics or equivalent discipline
  • 8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry with at least 2 years of experience in managerial position
  • With good track record
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strategic, flexible, efficient and hands-on
  • Aggressive, independent and ability to work under high pressure
  • High integrity
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & other PC applications
