Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Time: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Working Location: Nu Sentral Tower 2, KL

General Description:
  • As a Training Administrator, the person will be responsible to support the development of expertise of our Field Service population (direct and indirect) as well as the Application Specialist team.
  • S/He will support the Technical Training Center(s) in ASEAN and administrative work of all trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Assisting in the execution of the training plans and programs as per the pre-set policies and   procedures.
  • Coordinating all the training arrangements covering all the needed logistics for the trainees, training materials, premises, etc.              
  • Coordinating with the trainees to obtain their feedback on the provided training.              
  • Developing and maintaining records and reports on all training programs received by the trainees.           
  • Ensuring proper utilization of optimal training means (material, on the job, internal, external) to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining a library of training material acquired to support internal training requirements.      
  • Developing and maintaining a mechanism for maximizing training value through sharing of material and expertise among other related entities and functions.    
  • Build Training Processes with Training Leader and drive adoption in the region. He/She will track new and previously delivered trainings, identify and make sure trainings are captured correctly in the system.
  • Lead special projects in link with Expertise and deploy the IT solution in link with Training processes, documentation & dashboards.
  • Support the Technical Team and Application Team to orgnanize specific thematic events (Technical Seminar, Application Seminar)
 
Requirements :
  • Diploma or degree with Education or Business or Engineering background
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Service/Training/Education Organization
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Knowledge in Pivot Table and vlookup is a must
  • Strong process and analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
  • Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization
  • Proven coordination and influencing skills
  • High ethics and integrity
  • Fluent in English
