1. HR & Admin Executive
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist in the full spectrum of HR management.
  • To assist with the employee and labour relation matters.
  • To handle payroll related matters.
  • Experiences in handling all government related matters ( KWSP, SOSCO, PCB, HDRF and others).
  • In charge for ISO documentation.
  • Preparing, updating, recommending and execution of Company policies and procedures.
  • Administer and supervise on completion of workers/staff payroll.
  • Review and analyze the employee’s job roles, remuneration and compensation benefits.
  • To in charge in application of Foreign Workers, administration, facilities and accommodation.
  • In charge in organizing training and development program for employees.
  • To in charge of Security Guard, premise housekeeping & cleaning.
  • To liaise with Government and Authority Department pertaining permits and licenses.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining day to day administrative activities in order to meet and comply with comply policies and procedures.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 2-4 years in Human Resource & Administration.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledgable in Employment Act and handling workers discipline.
  • Must be self-disciplined, independent and good personality.
  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork, ability to convince and good communication skills.
  • Can start work immediately.
  • Full time position.
 
2. HR & Training Executive
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish yearly calendaring for HR consultancy and Training Programs
  • Establish the good rapport with clients to achieve great customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of HR documentation and face to face meet-up with clients.
  • Handling and coordinate seminars and consultation functions.
  • Able to speak in public and analytical in thinking.
  • Well-versed in all employment-related Act.
  • IT savvy and understanding of simple programming will be an advantage.
  • Able to converse and write in Mandarin, BM and English.
  • Able to travel from time to time, and work flexibly.
  • Minimum Degree in any field, minimum 3 years of working experience..
3. Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help executives run an organization or company smoothly.
  • Prepare statistical reports, create presentations, conduct research, review memos and reports, compose correspondence, make travel arrangements and arrange conference calls and meetings.
  • Perform general office duties such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment.
  • Involve in training and supervise other staff members.
  • Perform mostly administrative duties and clerical duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Admin/Management or equivalent
  • Speak fluently in English
  • Good writing & commutation skill in both Chinese & English
  • Must possess own transport & willing to travel
