As a Indoor Sales Consultant, your main roles are:
  • To build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  • To look out for the best talents and link them to the best job opportunity,
  • To become a consultant to both the employer and the candidates in order to find the right fit.
  • Most of our work is through phones, emails and skype.

Who are we looking for?
  • You must be able to communicate in Mandarin language.
  • Someone who loves meeting/connecting new people and can communicate well.
  • If you are good in sales, chances are you will also be a good Indoor sales consultant. Give it a try!
  • We also welcome candidates from other fields who are keen to take on this meaningful role, such as tele-sales, program/project engineers, consultants, HR executives, secretaries and sales coordinators. Training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed as well. Traveling is not needed.
  • Recruitment consultants, Talent Acquisition Specialists or Sales Consultants from corporate or recruitment firms.

Basic Requirement (if you have - Great, if no - is ok, we believe in continuous learning):- 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s) [would be nice if you have, else we still believe in continuous learning): sales, customer, tele marketing, tele sales, account development, Account Client Management, business developement, customer relation management and other relevant experience
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English (would prefer Mandarin Speaker)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate, Any Sales experience will do also, customer dealing experience or equivalent.
