Job Details
  •  Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  •  Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  •  Assist in administering benefits, compensation and employee performance programs
  •  Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  •  Handle administrative tasks for new hire orientation and exit interviews
  •  Provide support to employees in various HR related matters
  •  Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  •  Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  •  Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
  •  Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
  •  Manage staff travel request
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in any field with post graduate quaification in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in mass recruitment including working with universities and colleges
  • Able to manage employees and people centric
  • Organized  with good and clear communication
  • Good ethics and integrity, discipline
  • Approachable and able to resolve problems or issues
  • Multi-tasker
