Job Description:
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Performs human resource operations management functions of ES specialists that may include resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs; coaching, influence and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company and benefits policies; relocation management; payroll management; EEO; policy development and interpretation; transactions, workers' compensation, and benefits administration.
• Additionally, these employees often perform, or have primary responsibility, for human resource management consultation, human resource strategic planning, organizational development, and quality of work life issues facilitation and resolution.         
• Provides direction, leadership and expertise requiring sound judgment and independent decisionmaking at all levels in an organization.         
• Develops, recommends, and implements consistently compliant and efficient human resource operations management policies and practices.         
• Provides guidance and recommendations on diverse and/or complex issues, and ensures compliance based on accurate interpretation of federal and state policies and regulations.
 
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has demonstrated solid people leadership skills, partnership and role modeling in Intel values. Ideally the candidate has successfully managed operations, has a passion for customer service, a drive for quality and operational excellence and uses data to build a story and drive change. This individual has a demonstrated ability to implement transformation changes,  provide direction using sound judgment, and engage and influence key stakeholders, including HR Leaders. He/she aligns on problems and is able to implement solutions that get measurable and meaningful results. This individual can prioritize multiple tasks and manage a changing organization. He/she possesses strong communication oral and written skills and is comfortable working in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment with minimal direct supervision.
• BA/BS required as a minimum.
• Previous supervisory experience will be a plus.
• Strong English language speaking skills a must .
• Experience in the fields of Business HR, HR Operations, Shared Services and/or Customer Service-Strong working knowledge of multiple Human Resources functions.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR guidelines.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic, cross-functional, matrix, and team-oriented environment.
• Strong operational skills in areas including service level agreements, through-put time, defects, quality, customer service and must be passionate about continuous improvement.
• Able to effectively work with peers, business partners, program offices, and employees at all grade levels.
• Able to manage or oversee sensitive and visible escalations and excursions in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
• Able to live out transformation change while maintaining org health and leading with unquestionable integrity
