Our Client is one of the listed holdings companies at Bursa Malaysia with diversified businesses.  At present, they are expanding aggressively and seeking potential talent to be part of their team as General Manager, Sales & Marketing (Property).  The candidate will head and lead the sales & marketing division.  Their projects comprise of mixed development, high rise buildings, commercial, office blocks, shopping mall, industrial estate, etc. 
Potential candidate need to have 15 years of work experience with minimum 10 years experience proven track record in property development industry. 
 
• To develop sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• To set up and manage the Sales & Marketing department.
• Plans and oversees advertising and press campaigns activities such as sales launch, roadshow and electronic media.
• Conduct property market research, consumer preference and pricing benchmark.
• Build and maintain strong network and relationship with customers, real estate agencies and business partners.
• Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets.
• Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of market needs and property trends and competition.
• Strong leadership with management skills and presentation skills.
• Solid decision making, organizational, planning and problem-solving.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
