Job Details
  • to attend to customers' enquiries and complaints which received through various channes (e.g. phone, emails, walk-in and etc.)
  • to issue and process insurance policies and endorsements
  • to provide after sales support to policy holders
  • to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the Company's system
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge in general insurance would be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to speak in more than one language would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
