- To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our clients through our communication channel (phone)
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer experience through excellent customer service.
- Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Continuously identify and support work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Senior Executive.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM (Credit in BM and BI and Pass in maths)
- Willing to work on ROTATIONAL NIGHT SHIFTS (any 9 hours between 2PM and 2AM)
- Ability to SPEAK in Mandarin is a must.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- With or Without Experience as training is provided
