Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle sales inquiries and customers request quotation.
  • Assist in Sourcing new sales opportunities and develop new accounts through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
  • To rebuild rapport with existing clients via calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Assist to negotiate and close sales deal to achieve monthly target.
  • Follow-up monthly aging report.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam Sek U8.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Freight forwarding Company – background experience in Ocean Freight/ Air Freight/Cross border Shipment and Warehouse is an added advantages.
  • Understanding in Logistic concepts and able to demonstrated logistic solutions offering and value added propositions offering.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Good interpersonal skills and Chinese speaking is preferred
