Job Details
1. Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
2. Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch 
3. 5 working days per week
4. Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
7. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
1. Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products.
2. To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
