Job Details
Sales Management
  • Identify, address and solve key problems areas, review and assess Dealers performance on a weekly/monthly basis and to guide them in sales related matters IN ORDER TO ensure dealers/sales persons are performing at their optimum level and to achieve its monthly and quarterly sales targets
Channel Management
  • Gather feedback from dealers/sales persons to improve promo/campaign in line with the company’s objective IN ORDER TO ensure the dealers perform and contribute to the EB. Ensure weekly checkpoint & update to dealers
Process Improvement
  • Ensure that all necessary processes and procedures (Agency e-submission, Agent sales motion & compiling documents, D’Polaris reporting and updates, incentive payout, pre & post sales support hotline are in place and running smoothly IN ORDER TO ensure that agency & agent are happy and motivated to perform better while ensuring ECE
Stakeholder Management
  • Consistent sync up & provide business update to dealers C-Level. Established & Ensure dealer condition of satisfaction will be top priority
