Penang Design Center
We are now hiring for Penang Design Center to be placed across Plexus. Penang Design Center is the centerpiece of Plexus Engineering Solutions Group presence in Asia Pacific. We are currently expanding and looking for dynamic, talented and innovative individuals to be part of our design team developing state-of-the-art products for our customer.
You will be responsible for the next-generation platforms for our business partner in Wireline/Wireless Networking Infrastructure, Medical, Industrial/Commercial, Defense/Security/Aerospace market sectors.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing advanced administrative support assigned task by the directors and exercises independent judgement in handling calls, maintaining schedule and calendar
• Perform secretarial functions such as drafting correspondence, handling travel arrangements, preparation of reports and presentation, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, handling inquires and performing tasks as required by superior
• Greet customers, vendors, and employees.  Foster positive working relationships between all internal customers.  Provide customer support to the site and perform administrative duties that support strategic initiatives and policies.
• Facilitate customer visits to include coordination of conference rooms, meals, travel, accommodations, agenda, and messages to align with the desired outcome of each visit and support execution of a superior Customer Experience.
• Coordinate Customer Experience survey and compile results to ensure site is meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction. Always look to identify and drive improvement processes within the Customer Experience.
• Prepare meeting agendas and briefings, maintains meeting notes and arranges for implementation of action items
• Review and compile data, report and develop content to be used in events including presentation materials, agendas as well as managing event logistic and flow
• Prepare various reports as requested.  Coordinate customer service surveys to ensure site is meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction. Review results with site Senior Staff in the case any results need to be addressed
• Makes independent decision within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing and scheduling
• Assist in shipping and receiving functions for the department
• Collaborate across the organization to identify and implement organizational best practices related to the customer experience initiative.  
• Any other relevant duties/responsibilities to be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Degree in any relevant field of study with an experience in performing       secretarial functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point is essential
• Customer-focused and service-orientated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with travel arranging and expense reporting
• Able to maintain confidentiality on roles assigned
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects
