Job Details
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • All IT and office administration matter
  • Coordinate with computer/ITHD for software or hardware related matter
  • Support and to liaison with vendor for office equipment/computer maintenance & services
  • Visit outlet / branch office for routine IT related matter 
  • Support for office server management, anti-virus update, networking, AP & connection
  • Troubleshooting office IT related matter 
  • Liaison with HD for all IT (software & hardware) related issues
  • Administrative for office copier, computer & other FA
  • Support office stationery and printing
  • Support office equipment and assets management & FA tagging
  • Support and manage the company car usage and keep track of the record
  • Prepare & investigate company FA/car accident report
  • Support and control office FA such as company car/equipment/computers/laptop, camera, conference room & etc.
  • Do the internal audit check at retail outlets/branch office for IT & administration issues
  • Support general office & finance task

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in IT/Business Administration
  • Preference with 1 year of working experience in IT & admin
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literacy, knowledge in MS Office, networking, AP, server connection & etc
  • Highly motivated, independent, multitasking and good interpersonal skills
