Job Details

Responsible:

  • ️To coordinate and assist immediate superior in quoting forservicerepairs, recommending parts,monitoring on work in progress and following up on parts orders andservicejobs to ensure optimum level of support to the team.
  • ️To input and create all jobs in the SAP system and generate and issueserviceorders
  • ️To co-ordinate the monthly compilation of statistical data extracted fromservice activities for management reports and analysis.
  • ️Responsible for all back end support services to the team

Requirement:

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge in SAP and CRM would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills (Mandarin & English) and able to interact at all levels.
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
